In an effort to keep Homeowners aware of the various costs to run the Association and keep our neighborhood looking nice, we will post information about expenditures here.

May 2010

The pool is a great benefit of the neighborhood. But, it does take upkeep. For the month of May, $743.00 was spent on monthly servicing of the pool and supplies. $399.14 was spent on repair and replacement of old or broken equipment including a new rescue buoy and new metal lounge chairs that hopefully cannot be broken.

This made for a total spent on the pool: $1,142.14

April 2010

The Association has its own phone number. Property Manager, LeeAnn, was able to lower the basic cost for the line by $7. It is also an extra cost to make long-distance calls using that line. In an effort to save the Association money, LeeAnn will use her personal cell phone to make long-distance calls for the Association (she has unlimited long-distance on her phone).

Approximate savings: $7 to $15 a month.
